Beets (and Yams of course)

  • 2 yams
  • 2 red beets
  • 2 yellow beets
  • 3 tiny carrots from our garden
  • 1/3c balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4c honey
  • 2TBS coconut sugar
  • salt to taste

Directions

I peeled and sliced the vegetables. I (coconut) oiled the pan and started cooking the vegetables. After about 10mins I added the rest of the ingredients, stirred and cooked until tender.
